Based on the act of the Mayor of Brčko District of BiH sent to the Institute for Planning, Design and Development, on April 14, 2022, a working meeting was held with representatives of JP Autoputevi RS, JP Autoceste FBiH and "IG" Banja Luka regarding highway routes through Brčko District BiH in order to hold a discussion at the expert level on the future routes of highways that would pass through the Brcko District of BiH.

The routes of the highway were presented to the attendees, as well as the position of the Government of the Brčko District of BiH in order to find the most favorable solution to the issue. After considering the proposals and suggestions of all stakeholders, it was agreed that the Institute provide participants with cadastral data for part of the Belgrade-Sarajevo highway, and propose new highway routes through the Brcko District of BiH while respecting the profession, economic, environmental, traffic and technical parameters. representatives of the authorities of the Brčko District of BiH.

After that, it was agreed to hold a meeting again to harmonize the proposals, in order to be adopted by the competent authorities as the most favorable solutions for the routes of the highway Belgrade - Sarajevo and Orasje - Tuzla, all in accordance with government requirements and expert evidence solutions.
